Financial Gifts

Thank you for your gracious support of Life Choices Care Center as we partner to serve our community together. All services are free to our clients because of generous community support! Life Choices Care is a 501(c)(3) organization. All donations are tax-deductible. For a copy of our gift acceptance policy, please contact jill@lifechoicescarecenter.org.

Gift Levels:
$43 provides a Life Choices mama with an initial pregnancy appointment – including a pregnancy test and care counseling with our nurse manager
$85 provides a Life Choices mama with an initial pregnancy appointment + an ultrasound, prenatal vitamins, and pregnancy/parenting classes
$170 provides all of the above-mentioned services for TWO Life Choices mamas!
With your help, Life Choices Care Center will be able to continue fulfilling the mission God has set before us.

Baby Bottles

A Baby Bottle Campaign is a great way for your church, small group, youth group, etc. to be involved in making a difference! By distributing empty bottles and information about Life Choices Care Center, you can encourage your group to fill their bottles with coins, cash, and/or checks to support the work done through Life Choices Care Center. Kroger Community Rewards

Did you know you can support Life Choices Care Center every time you shop at Kroger? It’s easy when you enroll in Kroger Community Rewards®! To get started, sign up with your Plus Card, and select Life Choices Care Center as the organization you wish to support. Once you’re enrolled, you’ll earn rewards for LCCC every time you shop!

    1. Simply visit Kroger.com or download the Kroger Mobile App.
    2. Sign in to your digital account or create an account.
    3. In your account menu, select “Rewards” & locate “Community Rewards.”
    4. Select “Enroll Now” or “Edit.”
    5. Enter Life Choices Care Center & select “Enroll.”

Material Gifts

Material gift donations may be made during the Center’s normal operating hours. We accept baby formula, gently used clothing (sizes preemie-2T and maternity), baby food, small baby items like bouncy seats, swings and pack-n-plays. Check out our Amazon Wish List for our most urgent needs and have them delivered to the Life Choices Care Center!
