All services are provided free of charge, including pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, peer counseling, and material support like diapers and clothing. Whether you’re looking for parenting classes, emotional support, or simply a safe place to talk, we are here to help you make informed, thoughtful decisions for your future.

Arlesia Samuels serves as the Executive Director of Life Choices Care Center with a servant’s heart and a deep calling to love, uplift, and support others. A visionary, guided by faith, former foster parent, and adoptive Mom, she is dedicated to serving families, youth, and small businesses through nonprofit leadership and advocacy, believing that every life is created with purpose and value.
With over 25 years of experience in community, youth, and economic development, small business consulting, hospitality, tourism, the arts, and retail leadership as a Buyer, chamber of commerce as President and Vice President, and former fine art gallery Owner, Arlesia brings both compassion and strategic vision to her work. She is passionate about building a ministry that reflects God’s love, creating a place of hope, healing, and restoration for every individual and family who walks through the doors of Life Choices Care Center and is committed to advancing the organization’s mission by building strong partnerships and expanding resources to support life-affirming care in the community.
